Sorry, I'm sure we posted a reply a while back but it seems to have vanished...? Try again :/

Lumie Clear is designed to work on it's own or in conjunction with any prescription creams you may be using.

In a few cases, lymecycline can cause photosensitivity (reaction when exposed to sun or bright light) so it's best to do a patch test first.

Rub a little of the cream on your inner arm before using Lumie Clear. If you get any redness, rash or itching then don't use Lumie Clear until you've come off the cream.

Clear comes with a 45-day trial when you buy direct from Lumie so you have plenty of time to find out whether it works for you and if you can combine it with your current treatment. If for any reason you want to send it back, we'll refund you (less £20).

Hope that helps and apologies again if this is a little late.

My daughter has been prescribed Lymecycline capsules. Again the doctor was unaware of Lumie but said the advice was to avoid direct sunlight or artificial
light from sun beds. She has stopped using Lumie because of this but is it worth carrying out a test?

Has she experienced any photosensitivity with lymecycline already? For example, has she had a reaction recently after applying it and then being out in the sun? If so, then it will probably be the same with Clear and you should stick to using one or the other.

Not everyone has issues with photosensitivity though so if she has been using lymecycline and hasn't noticed anything then you could try a small patch test (as described above).

Good luck!
