Hey,

how can I play mp3 files from USB with the Lumie Bodyclock 700 via USB? I put the mp3 files on an usb storage, attached it to the device and then select the USB icon. Then the Bodyclock just goes back to the home screen. Is it supposed to show the files instead?

Thanks
Cheers

Hi,

Thanks for your question.

Bodyclock Luxe supports MP3 files using one level of folders (no sub-folders).

Note: The USB socket should only be connected to a USB flash
drive, not an external hard drive. It should not contain more than
200 folders or 2,000 music files. The drive should be formatted as
FAT32 and have a maximum size of 32 GB. Lumie recommends
Sandisk USB drives.

You can try to re-organise the content of the USB. If it doesn't work you can try another USB stick.

If it still doesn't register please get back to us and we will investigate further.

I hope this is helpful.

Kind Regards,

Biqing

Hi,

all the requirements you mentioned are fulfilled. I also rearranged the contents and tried another USB flash drive but it also did not work.

Do you have any other idea how to solve this problem?

Best regards
