Does wearing goggles dry your eyes a lot? My eyes are very dry after each use, especially if I wear contact lenses.

Is it better to not wear contact lenses and maybe have eyes closed?

Thank you.

We haven't heard of anyone having dry eyes just from the goggles so it sounds as if it's the combination of contact lens as well. Contact lenses can dry out your eyes on their own, after all.

Just try whatever's comfortable: eye drops, closing your eyes, if you have some yellow-lens ski glasses or goggles they might be more comfortable - though they cover up a bit more of your face.

You only need to wear the goggles (aaagh... I keep typing 'googles'!) when using Clear away from your face OK? If you're holding it right next to your face the light won't get to your eyes so maybe change the way you use it?

Only you'll be able to decide if the compromise is worth it!
