The light switches off too quickly after the 30 minutes sunrise has finished. So if I've set the sunrise to start at 6.30am, by 7am the room is nice and bright, but then after only a couple of minutes (maybe less) the light switches off really quickly and it's completely dark again. Is there a way of stopping this happening, and keeping the light on for the rest of the morning?
I don't like having the clock right next to my bed so it would be good if this was possible without having to get up and keep the light on manually.

Hi there,

The light should stay at full brightness for a further 20-30 minutes before turning itself off automatically.

Can you please check that it's only staying on for a couple of minutes after the alarm time? If this is the case, it sounds like there may be a fault with the unit. Can you please tell us the serial number of your unit?

We will then be able to help you further. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind Regards,
Lisa

Thanks for the response. It definitely goes off very quickly after reaching full brightness - this morning it was within one minute.
The serial number is 13/115518.
Thanks for your help.
