Dear Lumie customer service

I bought a Lumie Desk Lamp (S/No. 2016/0801016) through Amazon in Germany (as we do not have Amazon here in Denmark).
The packaging was sealed, unbroken and entirely fine to look at.
I searched the whole package inside out - but the net cable was missing the last bit of "push on" plug to be able to be plugged into the wall socket.

I contacted Amazon Germany, - however they want the whole lamp in return, which would cost me a lot of money to send from Denmark to Germany.

I do like the design very much and I would very much like to use the lamp soon - - - could you help me?
Where and how could I find a new cable/net connection that is suitable for my type of lamp and Danish wall sockets?

Hello Kirsten,

The plug is packaged separately to the power lead. It will be in a small piece of bubble wrap tucked in to the cardboard packaging surrounding the Desklamp.

Thank you for your response.

I searched within and outside the box - no "plug adaptor" to the power lead, unfortunately.

I will let you know how I got on using the Lumie desklamp as soon as I received a new cable/lead with a European/Danish plug (2 sticks/pins).

Looking forward to using the desklamp and hoping it will resolve my "winter lack of energy" :-)

Today I received the plug for my Lumie Desk Lamp. Thank you so much!

I am really thrilled with the prompt, friendly and uncomplicated support you have given!

So happy to be able to finally get started with the light therapy also at my writing desk, as my Lumie Brazil already got "installed" in my dining room where I've been using it the past week.
Now I won't have to move it, and I can use the smaller desk lamp in my study.

Very grateful for your impeccable and recommendable customer service!
