Hi everyone

We purchased the Bodyclock Luxe 700 at Christmas. We liked the idea that you could wake up to sounds from a USB drive and bought a CD, copied some mp3 files to a stick and plugged it into the back of the product. The sounds indexed and it allows us to play them with no issues, scrolling through the two folders on the stick and we can set the sounds as the preset buttons on the front. When we attempt to set the USB stick as the source for sunrise, "File" appears below the "Alarm Src" line but we're unable to select which track we actually want. The little round selector icon is empty giving the impression there are no options that can be selected and it just moves on to the volume row.

Does anyone know what we're doing wrong?

Hi there,

You will need to create a folder called SUNRISE in the USB drive and you would need to put the mp3 songs in there to be able to select it as a wake up option.

I hope this helps. If you need any further help regarding this, please do not hesitate to call us directly on 01954 780500 so we can talk you through this.

Kind Regards,
Lisa

Thank-you so much! I've now simply moved all of the mp3 files into the SUNRISE folder and it works perfectly.

Just one further question though, why not put that sort of information in the user manual?

I'm pleased to hear that.

This information should be included in the manual under 'Choosing sunset and sunrise options'.

Kind Regards,
Lisa

Yep, found it. Sorry I had read the manual several times and missed it every time!
