Hi everyone ,
We received our new lamp after purchasing with our wedding vouchers and am so sad it has never worked!
We followed the instructions and set the alarm and in the morning it did not go off and the light stayed on. The next day we set the alarm and tried turning the light on and it would not work at all. Have tried doing a master reset and changing our modes but nothing is working. Has anyone else experienced the same thing? I have read a few reviews like this and I'm worried I've spent a lot of money on something that is causing more hassle than worth :(
